AI doesn’t take jobs- it takes the mundane, turning novices into experts and experts into visionaries. But embracing change isn’t just about learning new tools; it requires stepping outside our comfort zones and rethinking how we work.

We’ll also discuss how men and women may approach these shifts differently and how leveraging diverse perspectives can drive innovation.

Speakers

Come join Chris Kuehn who will take you on a product candidate journey from pre-IND to commercial filing. He will highlight the key considerations for project and program managers when building the strategy and timelines. Throughout we will give examples of recent changes in the landscape that will allow you to lead from the front and drive your candidate to approval and, ultimately, to the patients that desperately need these drugs.

At the end of this presentation our participants should be able to describe the key milestones for CMC, Clinical, and Regulatory activities, understand the unique constraints and needs of each function, and be able to draft a projected schedule of activities covering all stages of development that avoids conflicts and unnecessary delays to the development timeline.

The objectives of this talk will be to discuss breaking down the barriers between waterfall and agile and identifying ways to combine and mix practices within our projects to enhance delivery.

The presentation will share practical application of agile practices in the context of different projects we often handle in pharma as waterfall including the delivery of clinical studies and change programs.

Come join Thomas Lawler as he shares his experience using the Agile & Waterfall principles and how to be more flexible in combining these tools in project management.

Nathan will walk us through his journey, the session aims to equip attendees with actionable insights and strategies to drive digital innovation and agile transformation within their organizations. Key takeaways will include a project manager’s perspective on the potential pitfalls and critical success factors in implementing a new tool, the vital role of a superuser in facilitating seamless integration, troubleshooting real-time issues, and ensuring the continuous evolution of the system to meet dynamic project needs, and to underscore the importance of continuous improvement in maintaining agility in project delivery.
