Meet NJ-Tristate Area Local Forum Co-Leads

Matt Hendricks

Matt Hendricks has twenty five years experience working with clients at strategic and tactical levels in new product development and project management. He has worked with clients as diverse as Merck, the United States Naval Sea Command, Biontech, the National Cancer Institute, Kenvue, and the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is best known for helping clients cut out buzzwords, zero in on the most critical elements of their problems and develop creative solutions which break free from conventional responses. Matt brings best practices from top organizational effectiveness research and modern business management methods and pragmatically makes them accessible to his clients’ challenges. Matt and his family live in the Philadelphia area where he also engages in various endeavors to share his love of unplugging over great table top board games.

Vikram Sarveiya

Strategic, multi-faceted Life Sciences Program Leader, uniquely experienced in program management product development, operations, alliance management, and business operations.

Vikram has successfully facilitated product development for from pre-clinical to Ph3 /commercialization and lifecycle management for clinical pipeline programs, including cell & gene therapy, biologics and small molecules, for companies from startups to large pharma, and CDMOs. Adept at moving from vision, strategy end-to-end integrated project planning and execution oversight.

Vikram is a Registered Pharmacist; received PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Manitoba, and MBA from Rutgers Business School.
