Mandana Baradar
Mandana (Mondee) is a business professional with over 20 years of diverse background & proven track record in project management, marketing and commercial operations in biotech, pharmaceuticals & medical devices working most recently as a Senior program manager at UCB. She brings a variety of proven success experiences and capabilities to her role as she served in a variety of functions including project manager, marketing manager, market analyst, Market specialist, Product Support Associate & Chemist.
Mandana received her Master of Business Administration in Marketing from University of Phoenix and her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. She has completed her PMP certification program from UC Santa Cruz in Santa Clara, CA and is also a Certified Scrum Master.
Mandana has always been passionate & involved in supporting different non-profits related to children, women, community-building causes, and project management. She is the director of Marketing & Board member of the BioPharmaPM. She was the chair of gPARS -a Diversity & Inclusion group at Genentech and is on the leadership team of the Iranian American Women Foundation (IAWF) NorCal chapter focusing on connecting, empowering & inspiring women. Mandana was a founding member and an active board of directors of the Persian Center, a non-profit Civic/community-based organization for 7 years.
She lives in San Mateo and in her spare time she enjoys listening to music and audiobooks, walking her two German Shepherds, photography & painting.
